For over 27 years, PRI has established a reputation for aggressive claims handling and proudly serves as a role model for a number of insurance companies that are dedicated to the health care industry. PRI has a dedicated Hospital Claims Unit that is managed by a former trial attorney and hospital administrator with over 30 years of experience. A claims representative and supervisor are assigned to your case when it is reported and they will work hand in hand with you from early investigation to case resolution. To streamline the reporting process, the facility's risk manager or designee can report an incident or claim directly to the Claims Department via e mail, fax or mail.
Reporting a Claim
Claims should be reported directly to the Claims department by email or fax:

All reports should include a completed Claims Reporting Form (see Facilities Forms)
